So, its sunday and I´m curious
What is your current wishlist for aircraft. (Rule... max 3)
Mine is: 1) Small Jodel/Robin lowwing taildragger. The Jodel D150 would be the nicest
2) Aero-commander 500/520 (Rockwell commander or Rockwell Shrike)
3) Curtiss C-46.
They all exist as FS2004/FSX freeware, but they are so old that they only partially work in P3Dv2 because they are FS2004 portovers, meaning they have no clickspots in the virtual cockpit. And some, like the Robín 221 and the C-46, you have to find some other 2D gauges to make them show up because the ones that come with the AC doesnt exist in the P3D gauges folder.

Convair 580 Hamilton Metalplane Norseman I'd be happy with an Otter too. And a Cessna 421 but I suppose Carenado's Navajo can fill that gap to some degree. Also a Porter. On April 30th it will be 4 years since Aerosoft first announced that Marcel was working on a new Porter. I have a suspicion it will never see the light of day.

Yah Dave !! I'd go for a Swift as well, almost bought one years ago---then my wife got wind of what I was up to--that ended that dream.

Great AC. I can see that we are a bush forum. I go for the Noorduyn Norsemann as well. Such an iconic bush plane. And yeah, the Globe Swift gets a pont as well. I would prefer the slower version or even better both. I dont know how many times I´ve crashed the Bill Lyons Swift classic in FS2004 . I really like small lowwing taildraggers and there are very few of them in flightsim. So another one... Who do you want to make your next aircraft? For me, as long as its not Carenado (zzzzzzz when are going to land), I would find it interesting. The Norsemann,.... its not exactly realair style, so maybe Aerosoft could do a good one. They are pretty at good doing bush planes IMHO. The Swift (and the Jodel/Robin) Taildragger, I can see in the hands of Lionheart. He´s a Bill Lyons fan and his AC has some of that "air" I have even written him a mail a while ago suggesting these two AC. The Aero Commander, well i dont know. Milton Shupe´s FS2004 versions were awesome, so maybe he could make one with a VC that works in P3D. For me, the C-46 I would like Milviz to do. And yes, include a Buffalo airways repaint. Its so iconic.

I dunno about the Swift. They appear to have rather rudimentary instrumentation.

I dunno about the Swift. They appear to have rather rudimentary instrumentation. Well it was a rather rudimentary airplane ala Eurcoupe.

Put a 200HP engine on that puppy and you have one hell of a ride! We had one in our hangar years ago. NICE plane!
