A2A's is more realistic than Carenado's, but they are a bit too low on the side view (you see too well). However, theirs is much closer than Carenado's. I think the side view in Carenado's is more for someone 6'5" but their forward view resembles that for someone 5'5" in many cases. I'm 5'9" and when I was sitting in a 206 we had in the hangar a month or two ago, I could see the top of the cowling with the seat adjusted for me, and that had the top of the side window at about eyebrow height. I would have to duck just a wee bit to see the underside of the wing, but not that much. FWIW.

FYI. I am pleasantly surprised at the Aeroplane Heaven site. I contacted them and made a special request on their forthcoming Swift. They were very pleasant and accomodating. I look forward to the Swift release. We are generally quick to jump on these developers when they goof up a release, or may have a bad day when we contact them. But I believe we also should give them a pat on the back when they are good guys and are helpful. ----- My rant for a snowy day !!!
I'm for a flight to the Caribbean---maybe St Lucia. Carm. I agree. Aeroplane heaven´s custumer service is fine. My own wishlist based on what is comming on the shelves soon has two of their AC on top: The Swift and the Fokker Friendship. The DH Dove looks very interesting as well. But there´s something called money. I have 3 of their AC, the Chipmunk, the DC 3 and the DC 6 and I like them all. The Chip is a little gem if you are not in a hurry and just want to plotter around, do a few stop and goes, watch the scenery and clouds and just have a nice and relaxing flight. Its easy to fly and control (being a taildragger) but its not dull . The DC 6 is good if you are in the mood for heavy prop. The DC3 is nice as well, but I just like the Manfred Jahn a little bit better. The DC3 VC is historical with old gauges. Thats nice and its very well modelled, but looks like it was made yesterday. Thanks for the update with respect of Cessna VC and views. Its more or less like I guessed. Maybe those from Carenado are not so tall? Anyways, I find it difficult to find a good sitting position in their high wing Cessnas and so, I dont fly them anymore. I´m for a flight in Papua New Guinea today. The real weather is awesome these days. Its one of my top ORBX addons. Its very different from the rest.
