Thanks for the HU Mike . That little baby looks interesting, me thinks there is a spot in the corner of my hanger for her.

I think the same as well. Thats very good news. I´m really looking forward to that one. A small side by side two person taildragger... Thats me for sure. Aeroplane Heaven. Isnt it those who made AC for Just flight (DC3 - DC6 and the Chipmunk) If so, this one could be a good one. Looking forward to doing some cross-wind landings on small airfields with this one. It looks like fun. The other one they are working on, the DH Dove, looks interesting as well. Better save some money.

I agree. There aren't any shots of the Swift yet, but the screenshots of the Dove are amazing! The quality of the VC is outstanding. Whether the FDE's are of the same caliber remains to be seen.

If the FDE is off, maybe the good old FS9 Bill Lyons aircraft and airfile can be used/tweaked.

The Swift is the first model, the GC-1A. With only 85hp, its not going to be the fastest of the pack. But i dont care. I will push it to the limits. I mostly flew the Bill Lyons swift classic and not so much the one with the more powerfull engine.

The nice thing about FSX aircraft is that you can easily swap out virtual cockpits as well as FDE's. My Carenado 172 has the default 172SP virtual cockpit and the FDE that RealAir did for the FS2004 Cessna.

I flew the FSX default Cessna with Flight1 fs9 C172 FDE. I actually found the default FSX C172 VC to be one of the best. Small Cessnas suffer a lot from visibility issues. In Carenados, you either cant see anything in the front, so you move up and cant see anything to the side. The A2A is very different, but is that realistic?

FYI. I am pleasantly surprised at the Aeroplane Heaven site. I contacted them and made a special request on their forthcoming Swift. They were very pleasant and accomodating. I look forward to the Swift release. We are generally quick to jump on these developers when they goof up a release, or may have a bad day when we contact them. But I believe we also should give them a pat on the back when they are good guys and are helpful. ----- My rant for a snowy day !!!
I'm for a flight to the Caribbean---maybe St Lucia. Carm.

I contacted them and made a special request on their forthcoming Swift. Hopefully your request was for a Canadian reg repaint.
