Howdy,
Thanks for the warm welcome folks.
Well Summer has finally arrived (at least here in New Zealand), so think it's time to load some Caribbean scenery into FS9 and head on down to warmer latitudes (even if it is still winter there).
Regards,

Hi Pívo11, I have joined and this is my first post, I have been skulking round in the dark and also had a total loss of broadband that took a total of 13 hours to fix over 3 days, I had been downloading MSFS2020 at 1.6 mbps and with dropouts I estimated at least 42 days for 106IB. Anyway, got it all now after the broadband fix and learning to fly again. Life hasn’t kicked me in the nuts this year but there are other that have caused a few problems this year, not as bad as a lot of you and other good Americans suffered and my commiserations and hopes for all of you are from my heart. Lots of other familiar names on the board, greetings to you all and a socially distanced kiss and cuddle for Sue. I will get my bearings on the forum for a while in order to get the feel of your site and then probably annoy the hell out of you.

Hello, Pete! Been awhile, mate. Good to hear from you and happy you joined us. I haven't decided when to get FS2020, I need a new graphics card and more memory if I really want to get it. So I'm just hobbling along with FSX and not even too much of that lately. Sort of biding my time. I've been looking at X-Plane 11 as an alternative as well. Hard to say at the moment. Anyroad, it'll be great to have you around. You can annoy at at will but beware, there are already some wits here.
By the by, you don't need to post three times, most of us only need to read it once.

A thing that's good here is you don't hear the sound of axes grinding. Your opinions are valued and, with most of having a wealth of flightsim experience (some FAA certified folks) so it's a good place to discuss what's going pear shaped and perhaps find a fix.

Hello old friend, good to see you here. Welcome! Sue
