Carenado updates?

It would appear that perhaps Carenado has heard some of us ... maybe?

From their Facebook page:

CARENADO CT182T SKYLANE G1000 HD SERIES FSX/P3D
UPDATED!!!

IMPORTANT:
-Customers should retrieve a new serial entering to their accounts at www.carenado.com - "My Products" section (old serial are no longer valid).

New Version (2.0)
- P3Dv3 and Steam installation options.
- 3D knob technology improved.
- Lighting effects improved.
- Marker mute fixed.
- Artificial horizon alignment improved.
- Flight planning bugs fixed.
- Transponder modes implemented.
- G1000 now starts in GPS mode and follows it with no need to reset it.
- G1000 minor bug fixes.

Customers should uninstall the aircraft before installing this new version and then download the package again from the link provided. Downloads were increased.

Nice to see the update for this aircraft. Whether more are coming ... well, ADX seems to think so. Though I don't see anything further than the CT182T.

So you get a P3D and Steam installer but still have a non functioning G1000 that remains a new face on the default GPS.

That sounds promising! Thanks for the info Sandy . I wonder how far back they will go? I hope they add GTN compatibility into some of their older planes.

The nosewheel doesn't retract.  I would contact support.

We did. They said it would be fixed in the next update.
