Thought you folks might find this mildly interesting... Jump over to Amazon or Barnes and Noble, and pick up a real (hard cover, soft cover or paperback) or virtual copy (E-book or Kindle version) of a book called "Flight of Passage: A True Story", by Rinker Buck.
It's a story about two brothers, aged 15 and 17, who fly a Piper Cub (which they had refurbished themselves) from New Jersey to California. Takes place in the summer of 1966 ... And is a fantastic story.
Highly recommended.
