There's a patch for Vector available at the Orbx site but they advise the 'whole nine yards' with installer will be along shortly.

As you mentioned this is a patch for existing FSX, P3Dv1 & P3Dv2 customers, it is not intended for P3Dv3 as that will be in the form of a new installer.
I guess I will be waiting for the new installer.
Hopefully they have improved the area south of Courtenay Airpark which looked really bad in Vector v1.2.
