Hi, all. Has anyone used any of Don Grovestine's sceneries yet? He has several out and was wondering how they were.

I have used them before. With the caveat that folks tastes are varied...I will say that they are a definite improvement over default.

Had his Victoria International (CYYJ) 'til PNW made it redundant. A big improvement over default as are most other addon sceneries.

I had good (not great) luck with Victoria, but Comox has problems if you have PNW. It has area-specific buildings and whatnot so it's very immersive, but it will slow things down. Comox may work fine outside of PNW (i.e. if you don't have PNW). I found the installation was tricky but I tend to do manual installs. His are typically automated so it would probably go fine if you go that route. All that said, it is really, really good.

I only have Comox and it works fine for me. Very nicely done scenery.
