I have it, running the P3D2 version.
Be very careful with how much 'stuff' you enable in the CYSE control panel app. You can easily render your sim un-flyable if you turn everything on! All the options have clear descriptions for what they're meant for (water craft/boating views, Bob/non-flying views or recommended-for-flight settings.)
Other than that, no issues yet. I use it as my start-up airport. It's a beautiful area to fly in.
