As you may know, Chile has about 137 volcanoes. One of them, Calbuco, erupted Wednesday.   Volcanic lightning.  |

If it makes you nervous the super volcano under Yellowstone National Park is said to contain enough magma to fill the Grand Canyon 14 time when it erupts sometime in the future!
