Thanks guys, appreciate the comments. Yup Dave, sure is. Quebec City just got another whack and New Brunswick got another 20 some odd centimetres on top of the 170 they received in February. Their snowbanks on the front lawns in many places are nearing the eaves on many of the houses. They got buried this winter.

Hang about, it's only Sunday.  Tuesday used to be the day for new outfits.  Is this a change in policy? 

So tell me; how do you like that PC-12?  I thought you had some reservations about it.

I actually really like it. There are a whack of customer mods for it which really enhance it and fix a lot of the usual Carenado bugs in it. Those are extremely helpful, but overall I like this one better than most Carenado products. It's really nice to fly and the performance feels very believable. If you decide to get it, let me know and I'll send you the mods (which take a bit of setting up, but they are worth it).

Oh, I dunno.  I'm not spending any money on FSX for a while.  I do have twinges now and again, though, and the PC-12 or mebbe that C-27 do tempt me.  If I do get the PC-12 I'll definitely take you up on your offer.  Appreciate that.

Yeah Fritz, I hear ya. I'm at about the same point. In fact, given I'm bored silly on "long" flights (i.e. more than a half hour), and given how much I'm spending for crappy models (not all, but way too many), and given my CH controls are just about toast now and need replacing, I'm very seriously thinking of going back to helicopters. Those flights are very short, can be done anywhere and I have all the machines I need/want, and almost all are outstanding models. About all you're buying after that is scenery (looking at those new trees coming from Orbx). So we'll see, but I'm finding this hobby is getting really expensive at this point and funds are getting lower for me. I think we're at the point of having to make some decisions on this.

Anyway, do let me know if you get the airplane and I'll pass that stuff over to you. Oh, I will be getting the Navajo (assuming it's not glass) at least as a support ship, but likely that will be it for FW machines.
