See my other post about running UTX along with Vector. That very likely is your problem with the stuttering.

From my experiences with Alaska, UT does not play well with FSGenesis and is probably conflicting with LCEU.

OK, guys, I have seen your other posts and will try disabling UTX. Damn, now the LC for Canada will go back to default and that's disappointing. I'm going to lose the semi-desert near Kelowna, for example. So it goes.

Well, I ran ST for Canada myself for a while a long way back and found it wasn't close to reality, so deep-sixed it. I don't think OpenLC for NA is all that far off, so don't lose hope. But running anything like those other programs along with Vector and Global just ends up as a tug-of-war that nobody wins. Not to worry - things will sort themselves out before too long and it will be better than ever.

I can't wait for NA to come out. I just ordered Vector and the Pilot's Mesh. I'm ready to dump some of the older stuff and just go all ORBX. They seem to have things pretty well sorted at this point.
