I'm going to sound like I'm bitching here, and I'm really not, so please bear with me. Is anyone else having problems typing messages in here with video ad's playing on the page? I'm not sure if it's my system or what, but my typing gets interrupted sporadically and I end up missing letters and having to go back and retype my message. It's usually when I'm responding to a message and a video ad is playing at the bottom of the page. Typing this is going fine but there is no video ad playing at the moment, so that seems to be the common denominator. This seems to be a new phenomena as I've not noticed it until recently, but it's like the ad is stealing the bandwidth while it's playing or switching ads. It's very frustrating, but if it's related to my system only, I need to know that.
Thanks (and Don, I really am not bitching - just trying to figure out why it's happening. After all, I'm sich a gud and faast tiper that I dunt think it c n be mee. )

So far I haven't had any problems with the ads. All typing errors are mine own, unfortunately.

No video ads at all here. Sounds like you may have picked up an ad bug. The ads I see are 100% static.
BP;)
EDIT -I take it back. Some of these ads are a video type. It is more of a slideshow than an actual video here. It isn't affecting me at all.

I think it's related to IE. Since using FF this morning, no video ads and no problems. It's at my end (so to speak )

Yep, it's confirmed. Not a single problem since going back to FF. Agree totally with you Spud!

Yeah, as do the cable companies. Just try to threaten a cable company by saying you're going to get another cable company's service. Hey, it's always nice to put a smile on someone's face, right?

Firefox user here, and I also make sure I have the AdBlock Plus extension running within Firefox. Removes 99% of the ad images and pop-ups in sites I regularly visit. My apologies to site owners hoping a random click will land on one of those adverts, putting a couple extra cents into the coffers. But if I want ads, I'll watch TV (or YouTube for the funny ones.)
