Nov 7: Pilatus PC6 Porter: Depart: Alma PQ CA (CYTF) 0927 Arrive: CRB4 (forest fire base) 1037 Block Time 1.15 hrs. Wx - clouds at 6000ft some rain - CRB4 is owned by Society For The Protection Of Forests From Fire (SOPFEN)

Speaking of overcast, cool and dreary, it's payback time in the otherwise glorious PNW. Our first 'Atmospheric River' of the winter season has just passed through and an unfriendly jetstream has established the route for the rest of that family.
