Young ground hog, you pan fry like chicken. Older ones are stewed. The tricky part is the musk glands near the tail, when cleaning them.
Moving next month. Van arrives 3-15 or 3-16, I leave the 17th with the Jeep, boat and critters.Still packing. LOL
