Young ground hog, you pan fry like chicken. Older ones are stewed. The tricky part is the musk glands near the tail, when cleaning them.
Moving next month. Van arrives 3-15 or 3-16, I leave the 17th with the Jeep, boat and critters.Still packing. LOL Thanks for remembering.

Oklahoma City. My friend I'm moving to, says there are plenty of lakes. Spent two months attending a training course at the FAA academy there in '75. Bid and was selected for KOKC tower but the Eastern region wouldn't release me.
