I decided that I wanted at real world Canadian repaint for the Alabeo C207, so I did one up for myself. North-Wright Airways C-GMOK is a 1981 Cessna 207A. Here it is ready to takeoff from its home airport at Norman Wells (CYVQ). Attachments:

Thanks, guys.
I actually did this because I haven't done a paint job in over 2 years; so I figured it was about time to try doing another one. Interesting choice of texture mapping that Alabeo used in this model; one of the doors has a left side and a separate right side texture, but Alabeo mapped the model (the Bush model at least) using only the one side! So you have one door on the texture sheet that you can paint any which way you want, but it will never show up in your repaint.

Yeah, that's got to be the weirdest paint kit by those folks yet. And they've done some doozie's!

Well, nice work there Mike. You're doing better than I am. I swear that these guys are doing their level best to keep us from repainting these airplanes. Aerosoft's Twin Otter isn't a whole lot better, but this one really takes the cake! I have no idea why they are engaging in this practice, but it sure makes me think twice about buying. Fortunately, mostly the GA machines don't have custom paints, just different colours. Changing the colours only is pretty easy, but the overall design is not worth spending time on IMO.

I had a livery very close to that one for my fs9 C206 and I liked it a lot. You´ve done a good job. Its a little late, I know, but if you should be in the mood for doing another Alabeo C207 repaint, I would very much like a ERA/Ravn airlines just like this C206.

Hi Mike Mann, You must be a very patient man, to finish a repaint for this plane. I purchased it very enthusiastically to create a repaint for it, but what a textures does Alabeo create. A plane body divided in hundred (I exaggerate, I know) places on the texture file. Great work !

Hi there, Bram. Welcome to "The Home". If you haven't appled for a room yet contact the ward chief, his name is Glenn and he wears, er, um, well, that's a topic for another time. Glenn??? That twit? Is he even around anymore? I heard since the Aztec, he swore off Carabeo once and for all, and has hardly opened the sim since. I mean, gah! What a doltz! By the way, if you DO see him, he owes me money, ok? Tell him to get his lazy, fat ass back here and do something. Now, if you'll excuse me, they're waiting for me back at The Home (my reserved room needs occupying). By the by, you guys DO realize how old this thread is, eh ?
