I have been working on it for over a week. I HATE it!!!!!! I think the only fix is to make a new forum like this one and go with it. That other one is set correctly, and even they can't help me. It's the dumbest conversion I have ever seen!!!!! I am going to give everyone the choice of staying with that crap or moving. I can set up a forum like this in minutes. I never have problems with this forum. All the problems that have existed have been with users browsers, or their area ISPs. I hate to lose content, but the site can be kept up in place as an archive.

I used to run TapaTalk plug-in on two of the forums (forii?) I manage. I eventually gave up using TapaTalk (despite it's usefulness on mobile devices) because when regular phpBB updates came along TapaTalk updates were slow to arrive and TapaTalk wouldn't work right until updated. It was a maddening process. Two or three months of stable usefulness followed by two or three months of constant problems. And now I can't keep them from sending me email updates constantly, despite black-listing them on my email servers. They're worse than spam.
The solution for me was to simply ensure I force a single mobile-aware forum theme on the forums I managed. No need for TapaTalk if your forum knows what sort of device is looking at it and can adjust itself.
