OK, for some reference photos for those interested, I just did a flight in the 207 from Big Trout Lake to Bearskin Lake in Northern Ontario (should sound familiar, Don ). Lots and lots of lakes, big, small, in between, rivers, etc. Everything is frozen up now up this way. Not so further south. Will do a "southern" flight later. I didn't notice any frame hits with this. In fact, I think it was a bit better than with UTX to be honest. Performance doesn't seem to be a problem with this program. I quite like it and think they did a really good job. More to come though. This was only one flight in a flat area. Stay tuned. Oh yeah, the ice is very well done, but looks more suitable to late winter when it's starting to get a bit soft. I would have preferred a smoother, brighter white. That said, on wind-blown lakes, this isn't completely unrealistic either. I'm not coming down on them for this.
