Email says 'Heron's Nest V2' is ready. The Link takes you to their sales site where the "free download" goes through the regular process - registration etc required.

Dove right into this and was doing great 'til I got to the 'SODE' download part. It greened across about 80% then froze - my patience, fading with my memory, forced me to cancel. It immediately came back with 'successfully installed' which made the 'heron's nest' happy and it said finish. I had deleted the old one and didn't its name back in 'Scenery Library' so looked in the D:\FSX\iBlueYonder folder and 'Heron's Nest' was there. Besides scenery and texture there was a PDF thingy and a 'SODE' folder so I left them in and pasted this to 'Addon Scenery' - from there into Library. When it opened, I was sitting on a small pinnacle (what looks like runway end) but anything else was way below and obviously incorrect. Anyone with the answer will receive a hand made copy of the key to Don's liquor locker. Update. Mr Womack assisted me and another guy who made the same mistake. Without this 'SODE' we're nothing so will give it another shot in the a.m.

Run the installer as administrator ! Like a halfwit, I assumed the "SODE' part would self install. Got it fixed and it's not too shabby.

This is a fun scenery. I was on the beta team and working with Bill is a true pleasure. He listens to the testers. The result is a good product.
BP;)

Guess I was lucky; I had no problem with the 'Nest. The little path down to the water base is very handy to bring up the weekend ' supplies', can't get Creemore Springs ale in Maine, so I have to get a buddy who has a 206 amphib based near Yarmouth NS to ferry over the supplies and he doesn't like to use the 206's legs on that strip till he gets to know it. A good spot to get away to. Cheers.

Tried reinstalling several times, still get the same results as Dave. I assume SODE is the culprit although it appears to install ok.

SODE and simconnect were not communicating. A re-install of simconnect corrected the problem. Excellent scenery!
