Grabbed it. I wish they would break up the parked airplanes into a couple/few bgls, so you could axe some of them if you don't want 100 parked planes at a small airfield. That is the only part I don't like, freeware or not. All those planes are taxing on a low to medium pc.

Thanks Spud. Agreed Don. Besides, they usually park them where you need to be and in a couple of cases, I haven't been able to access the main apron. It would be nice if they moved/removed some of the "wing-catchers" as well (namely the light pole standards that the put at the edge of each taxiway/ramp). They do a great job on these things, but the concept that airplanes have wings is a bit lost on them at times .

Have to concur that the static A/C are too heavily modeled for some of the Global Pack airports. I do notice that there are sIX (6) .bgl's in the Global airports for the Static Aircraft so I would assume you could 'fix' those airports. (EDMB, EDTD, LOAB, LOAG, LOWZ, AND LSZR). Unfortunately they simplified the files too much by jumbling everything into on .bgl in most cases. I assume that with Instant Scenery you could go into the airports and delete some static A/C but I'm not certain about that.

I posted something on their site. I hope they take it as it was written.

I saw your post just a while ago Don and agree with you completely. That being said, I do not know what criteria they give to the folks doing the Global Airports. Neil started out doing everything but there have been several different developers doing airports for the Packs now. If they make it a standard then we would be able to have a bit of control over static A/C. As I mentioned earlier six airports do have a separate .bgl for static A/C but I'm pretty sure that is an all or nothing and not just limiting the amount of statics showing.
