Hey Fritz, you like lights too huh? Check this one out. Almost as if it had unimproved strips in mind...

Having the Flight1 PC12, which is a sooped up/tarted port, makes me curious about yours from Carenado. Cosmetically there's probably no contest but the whizbang stuff in the VC has me wondering what progress has been made. We'll have to do one of those "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" sort of things. Relax Don this is strictly FSX.

Yeah, those are good lookin' lights. I keep thinking about the Shockwave lights, but I have read so many conflicting reports about them ...

Yeah, those are good lookin' lights. I keep thinking about the Shockwave lights, but I have read so many conflicting reports about them ... I can't tell you how many times my mouse cursor hovered over the "buy" button when Shockwave goes on sale. Since it doesn't improve ground illumination I figured all I'd be doing is reducing frame rates. Maybe some day. Dave, the PC12 is actually a nice model thanks the the horde at Avsim (Bert Pieke in particular) that has not only corrected bugs but sent code to Carenado to implement in the service pack. Not much gee whiz stuff in the cockpit since it's analog (thank goodness). It has the Avidyne which is interesting eye candy but worthless from a practical standpoint. I never had the Flight 1 version so no basis for comparison.
