I finally ditched UT2 (Ultimate Traffic 2). I opted instead for World of AI, which is what I originally had in FS9. Everything is working. There were things like UPS that UT2 did not have in it. I have them now! The models are MUCH better too!! MUCH! Did I say MUCH? I need to learn how to change parking now, but I think I can learn that. Most airports are about 90% okay, with only a few drifters here and there. I just don't want a UPS jet parked at a pax terminal. The downside is I cannot easily put an existing aircraft in my library into the sim as an AI like UT2 did. It can be done, but that is a learning curve. I'll see if I want to waste braincells on that or not. My framerates seem to be better as well. The models are also better. I was in Key West and watched a CRJ and a 737 takeoff. They rotated about 3/4 down the runway and took off normally. With UT2, those planes ate up the runway, the bushes, trees, etc. and skimmed the water before rotating. This is MUCH better. I think I said that before!

Hmmnn, ok Don, but is it any better than UT2?? You sound somewhat "undecided"  . Keep us posted on this Don. I could be interested myself. |

Yes. The only change is I have to uncheck the "see your shadow" on the ground. I can live with that to have a full world. I need to play with it more, but I'm staying with it again. I am not seeing as many planes as I did with UT2, but UT2 is dead. No more updates. With WOAI, I can find new flight plans and install them to current or more current f/p. This is a whole new learing process, but I think in the end, I'll be better off. Hell, I have Cayman Airlines and their Twin Otters. UT2 didn't have that!

I got rid of UT2 also Don. I found it was a frame rate eater and slowed my computer down to a walk. Also now that its out I haven't had a Freeze since. As for the A/C and their actions I thought they were far from realistic..It was a waste of money as far as I'm concerned.  |

UT2 is pretty out of date at this point. I might have to check back with World of AI myself, it's been a long time since I've used it also.

It's so easy, Scott, I wish I had done it a long time ago. I just spent an hour installing 13 Canadian airlines. So far I have added in 35 total and will probably add a bunch more. Yes, UT2 served its purpose. RIP, UT2! I'll post some pictures.
