IS3 Issue?

Anyone with IS3 have any problems with their "Favourites" folder being emptied on them? I had a whole whack of items in my Favourites but when I loaded the program this evening, the folder was completely empty. Any ideas on this?

Thanks Spud. Yeah, this is just in Instant Scenery that I have my problem. Windows/FF are ok. Not really sure what happened to IS3, but it seems to have had a memory dump of some kind.
