Probably be a big seller but, for that much desert, it'll be a 'sale' item for me.

I'd be a lot happier if it were Alaska/N. Yukon or the US Northeast/Maritimes I must admit. Probably be passing on this one. As for the Aztec, I'd say maybe for the end of January from the looks of it.

Tahoe is GREAT. I "HAD" to have it. I spent a little time there a long, long time ago. (Chapter 5 in the book! LOL!) Finally got to d/l SoCal. Now I am having problems with the install. I am getting an error. It must be an isolated incident as mine is the ONLY post in the forum with this concern. Before it gives me the error, it asks me to insert disc 2. WTF? LOL!

That's a corrupt or incomplete D/L Don. You have to redownload. Sorry man

Yep - I re-downloaded it and all looks GREAT! Yes, there is a lot of desert, but that's what is out there. I want to set up a LAX - LAS gambling junket. Also want to do one from SAC - TVL. Also will operate a private charter (Lear) for the same reason from the same places for those who want their own cabin. BP;)

Sounds good Don.
Quick question for you - have you operated the Lear on longer than 1 hour legs at a time? If so, did you experience any engine failures of the right engine?

I'm not sure on the time. I'll try it though. I am sure I have, but it may have been just under.

BP, It may not be a bad download. Read over the following:
if it is asking to insert disk 2 on the install you may not have not installed properly.
Once the download has completed from ORBX; (you should save the file in its own folder, I made one named: ORBX SCA100). The zip file from the FSS is 6,681,016KB.
DO NOT try to view the .zip file and run the installer from the zip file. Unzip SCA, you can unzip it right into your temp(ORBX SCA100) folder. The result is a folder named:
OrbxFTXNAGoldSCA100
it contains 16 files, 1 PDF, 1 KMZ and 1.exe file plus 13 files named:
OrbxFTXNAGoldSCA100.2 " .3 " .4
ALL THE WAY TO
OrbxFTXNAGoldSCA100.14
The last file is the .exe file named: OrbxFTXNAGoldSCA100.exe
I would post a screen shot but don't know how in this site. In any case this is a "Spanned zip file" and all files MUST reside in the same folder during installation.
During installation the install writes temp. files to a location somewhere in the 'users' folder and then removes them upon completion but you need to have enough space on the C:\ drive for that.
Good Luck!!!!!

It hung with that error almost as soon as it started to install itself (within 30 seconds or so). I did run it outside of the zip. I always do. The only mistake I made was I did not have the North America activated in the FTX Central. DUH! It works fine though. I added in Monterey, which IMHO is SPECTACULAR! That is a must have and is on sale for around $14.00 U.S.
