Looked it up and it's an RNAV approach - essentially curving and stepping down between waypoints and the last is where you descend to minimums on a 20 degree offset to runway heading (similar to Juneau). Pretty exotic for an old Amber 1 and Victor 440 guy.

A friend of mine on another website recognized the cockpit view as being an Airbus A320, the same aircraft he used to fly as an Air Canada pilot before retiring a couple years ago. He had an extensive review of the video, but came to the same conclusion that it was an RNAV approach, but modified a bit. He went into a lot of commercial pilot jargon that went over my head, but in the end the only complaint he had was that the video was sped up a bit over normal speed. He (and I) would love to see a real-time version of the video, even it's twice as long. More time to enjoy the scenery!
