He does an aerobatics display here (practicing) almost every day. He can sure fling that thing around!

Looks like an RV-7, but not sure. I have an RV-6 hanging right outside my office. They are nice little planes.

I think it's a Lancair Evolution, though I thought they had retractable gear.

Nope, Don's right RV-7 is it I believe. I remember we had it in for an avionics installation some time back and I heard them saying it was an RV-7 (had forgotten that till Don mentioned the name). Thing sure does "zip" along, although he's rarely in level flight  . |
