Well, in what will be a major surprise to everyone, I am announcing a new air cargo operation. It's known as Coastal Air Cargo and has bases in Abbotsford, B.C., Calgary, Alberta, Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario and Quebec City, Quebec (Canada). The plan will be to expand to bases in Norway and the UK soon. The fleet at present consists of the Douglas DC 9-30F, MD-11F, Fokker F27 and we are looking at the Metroliner cargo as well. Additionally, for shorter, local hops we are looking at one or two light aircraft suitable for cargo work. It is possible that we will have a specialized, dedicated Beechcraft Duke that will carry only parts for... well, other Beechcraft Duke . Anyway, there it is. Hey, it IS Tuesday

A fleet of Dukes to support a fleet of Dukes. It sounds like you are copying the U.S. Government!! LOL! This is your stomping grounds, so it's a good fit. Paints are nice and simple - easy to maintain.
BP;)

<LOL> I'm being a bit facetious about the Dukes . The piston Duke was a disaster mainly because of how horribly unreliable their engines (and avionics for that matter) were. That's why there aren't a lot more of them around than there are I would suspect. I may end up using a Turbine Duke for that part though because keeping to a sched with a piston Duke might be near impossible . Actually, the Duke isn't part of the picture here. I see though, that Everts is using Lance's in their lineup so we might do something similar with the Saratoga (I have to re-evaluate it first) or something like it. The PC12 would be an excellent fit but I got tired of dealing with the innumerable bugs with that thing. Sorry, but I'm getting demanding in my old age, and eye candy alone doesn't cut it for me anymore, so with the possible exception of the Saratoga or 206, Carenado products are out for this ops.
