AAAHHHHH ! Is it just me, or does anyone else have a time with Flight 1. Every time I have to go into their den to get a Key for an expired download, I swear I'll never again buy a product that uses their so called--- Service. I get the feeling that they go out of their way to make things as difficult and awkward as possible. Eventually you get what you need, but I always feel that they are reluctant to give up that info. Anyway, that's my rant for the day !!! Carm. Happy Easter everybody !!!

They are so worried about people screwing them, that they are making it tough for those who are not screwing them to do business. When all of this was free, none of this was an issue. It was also a much healthier community. But we won't go there today. BP;)

I never got the feeling there's much, if any, human involvement with Flight 1's puchase/support process. Each request requires jumping through hoops and, if you don't jump, nothing happens.
