Made it this far, concentrate - it's worth the effort. What is this plane - where is it flying - for whom is the pilot flying?

British stealth fighter model #35 (note the stealthy rear wheel!) This wonder weapon is heading to the Middle East (well .... was heading there ... the compass was screwed in with steel screws the poor pilot has been flying northwest rather than southeast .... OOOPS!) Oh yes, the pilot is Sir Richard Branson. He is both shaken and stirred!

I don't think it's the 35. That appears to be a model #34 that has been repaired with a new vertical stabilizer. The giveaway is the steel screws used to mount the compass. That was a feature of the 34's that required special skills of the pilot. I believe you're right about the destination, though the pilot may have been Howard Hughes.

Probably not Hughes. He liked more tail than that! BP;)

Me neither. Nary a clue, though that winged logo rings some kind of distant bell. More probably I'm confusing it with something else.

It looks like it says RAF, but I cannot find anything that looks like it. The other logo also is unknown. Damn it!! I'm not giving up yet!! Now I NEED TO KNOW WTF it is!! BP;)

No idea, but it is clearly a navy aircraft judging by the tailhook. It's definitely used for hangar ship landings.

I don't have an incling what it is, and it takes 1000 Inclings to make a 'clue', but what ever --if that is snow on the ground, that guy has one frigid ass, you can bet. Jay, that's not a Tail hook, that's the brakes. Could it be a yellow tailed shite poke. Carm.

Jay, that's not a Tail hook, that's the brakes. Actually, that is the engine hand crank. The advantage of this system is that the person cranking is highly unlikely to be struck by the prop. The disadvantage is that you have to lift up the rear of the aircraft with one hand while cranking with the other!

Generous hint. The pilot is the same as used with this developer's HE51.
