From 2300 eastern March 2 to 2300 eastern March3 everything they've released 'til now - might be Bobcat time.

FWIW, I'm really enjoying the Bobcat.

I might be interested in a helicopter. Anyone have their 407 or MD530F?

I have the 407. I'm quite happy with it. Running it in FSX and P3D.

For the price I might just pick up the both the 407 and MD530. I haven't had any new helicopters for awhile . -Scott

For those considering the Bobcat I'll throw this out there for what it's worth, personal preferences of course. This plane can be very difficult to take off. Lots of yaw, short wings, etc. No doubt Milviz went for accuracy but IMO that doesn't always translate well to FS dynamics. They recommend adding power slowly during take off which is wise advice. The checklist says to lock the tailwheel before take off. I would advise against this. In addition I've made the following two changes in the aircraft.cfg file under flight tuning: [flight_tuning] rudder_effectiveness=1.250 p_factor_on_yaw=0.3 Good site for Bobcat manuals here.Once airborne it's easy to fly and easy to land. I've really had a good time with this plane. I've spent far more time in it than I thought I would.

Thanks for the info and the mod, Bob. I'm going for it. Can you do a wheels up landing in it? You could on the FSAddon model. It was neat.
