Well, FWIW. I have the V2 scenery installed and sitting at the top of my Library. Other than the loss of that tanker---which I would like back, I'm okay with the rest. Maybe Spud, a small mod later on would solve this Tanker bit. All in all I like what I have and think the gang did a good job. Thanks.

carm, question did you download and install all three files for BWEP?
1. BWEP Object Library 2. BWEP AI Traffic 3. - B-BWEP So. Alaska with PAVD (This one IF your using the ORBX PAVD payware airport)
3. - A-BWEP So. Alaska Default (This one if you do NOT have ORBX PAVD payware airport)
I have the 'A' version and am not sure what tanker your referring to. I have moving ships coming and going all the time in FSX BWEP. Screen shot of location (and time of day) where you are missing the 'tanker'. I'll cross check in my version of BWEP.

I Downloaded and installed BWEP object library and B-BWEP So.Alaska with PAVD. Didn't download BWEP AI Traffic as I thought it was A/C traffic---a mistake, I now believe. I will down and install the 'Traffic' to see what happens. I'll try to get shots of what you asked for later today.

Hang about. Is that tanker AI traffic from something else? Sandy's latest snaps don't show it with v2. (Or I don't see it, which happens more often of late. )

The tanker on the right, waiting its turn is part of FTX PAVD and the one at the tank farm loading dock belongs to BWEP V1. "The vessel with the pestle holds the brew that is true" .

GDay all. Here is a shot of the Valdez docks we're talking about. I think when I said I'm missing a Tanker, I was wrong. I thought that there was one at the docks at the farm at the 7 o'clock position of the A/C. I do, as you can see have a tanker in the distance at about the 11oclock position of the plane. I don't know, maybe there was a tanker at the Tank farm before RTMM Vi and or V2 ?? . I am happy with the scenery as I now have it so, I,m not going to try to fix something that's not broken Cheers. The tanker everyone is missing, except Dave, is shown at the docks in an image in this post: bushpounders.proboards.com/post/12437I think that tanker is just barely discernible in the image he posted above as well. It appears we all have the tanker in the channel, it's just the one docked by the tank farm that is eluding us. The fact that only Dave has this tanker is bothersome only in that he is now extra special. He has a cool tanker. We all want a cool tanker now, too.

We have had several requests from users to make a "special" version for their personal set-ups. Mostly for some odd reason they seem to NOT believe it when its plainly stated that for BWEP to display correctly the FTX GLOBAL BASE and FTX GLOBAL VECTOR are required along with FTX SAK. If you do not have all three then BWEP will have anomalies particularly as it progresses north of the FTX SAK region boundary. The PAVD version was developed due to ORBX releasing PAVD payware airport and Valdez being the terminal for the entire pipeline some changes were required. Although we work with ORBX to minimize these things PAVD wasn't announced until BWEP was nearly finished. RTMM adapted BWEP due to PAVD but the 3 mentioned addons are still required for BWEP to work flawlessly.

Thompson Pass sure can be a prop bender of a strip. The RWY seems to be on a bit of a plateau, and is quite a challenge to get to the A/C parking area. I wish I had the answer for the tanker. If I read these post correctly if you bought the PAVD payware airport from ORBX and have v2 of BWEP installed (the only one that is correct with ORBX PAVD) then the tanker doesn't show up. I do not have ORBX PAVD so can't check if this is correct or not.
I believe (WAG) that the ship traffic is from the BWEP AI Files download. I has three (3) different traffic files in it.
Oh perhaps this could be a problem. Both versions require you to download all three files. 1. BWEP Object Library 2. BWEP AI Traffic 3. EITHER v1 or v2 depending on if you have ORBX PAVD installed.
File 1 and 2 are the same for both versions but need to be installed. If you had v1 then bought ORBX PAVD you only need to delete v1 from your FSX Scenery Library and HD and then download v2 and install that version. The AI and Object Library will already be installed.
